Visiting our rooms

  • For appointments, please always check your Booking Email.

  • Prosper Paediatrics at Burnside is open normally 8.30 am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday

  • Prosper Paediatrics at North Adelaide may be closed during different times of the week, so please phone to check before visiting if you do not have an appointment.

  • Please donā€™t bring viruses.

Help us limit infection risks.

Prevent the spread of infectious illness by:

  • practicing hand, cough and sneeze hygiene when visiting the rooms.

  • changing to a video appointment, or if this is not possible, rescheduling, when you have any viral symptoms or have had gastro symptoms within the last 48 hours.

Viral illnesses such as Influenza, Gastroenteritis, Bronchiolitis, RSV, Pertussis, and COVID-19 can pose serious health risks for the very young and old and others with compromised immunity.

These illnesses can also severely disrupt and delay services, especially the care of newborns.

Video appointments

Your childā€™s attendance is required.

This allows your clinician to interact with, assess and examine your child, like they would in a face-to-face appointment.

Video appointments are offered especially for:

  • patients living in regional areas

  • to avoid viral transmission risks.
