An hour-long individualised appointment for you and your newborn for follow-up care in the early weeks after discharge.
Recommended especially for parents and newborns up to about 6 weeks.
Also, for concerns and support related to older babies.

Home visits
Home Visits may be offered for parents in many parts of the Adelaide metro area. In these visits, Kathleen or Christine provides further help with breastfeeding, general feeding, settling, care of babies, baby massage, weaning etc.;
Mums & Bubs Groups
These groups are a great way to gain confidence and share the joys and challenges of caring for new babies with other mums in a supportive, social setting. You can join a group, learn together, gain support and meet other new mums over a 5-week program.
