Licence agreement

A Licence Agreement can be offered for the use of a consulting room and associated facilities. This can be an ideal arrangement for Psychologists and other Allied Health Professionals. We can “meet and greet” your patients. You can either fully administer your practice, bookings and billing or ask us to take EFTPOS payments for you at reception.

Full Service Agreement

Our Service Agreement will enable paediatric medical specialists to be fully supported in establishing, building, and working in your sole independent practice. We can take care of your administrative and reception needs, including booking and billing.

Prosper Paediatrics’ industry-leading services package will support real independent private practice without the traditional sole-practice administrative hassles & high costs or the restrictions of employment.

Neonates and a Healthy Work-Life Balance? Yes, it is possible with Prosper Paediatrics.

Prosper Paediatrics supports and administers a mutually agreed shared cover arrangement for out-of-hours attendance needs at several private hospital maternity services in SA for and on behalf of our associated neonatal care paediatricians. The arrangements are grounded in the friendship and cooperation of these pediatricians and in their commitment to ensure prompt, reliable cover and attendance whenever needed.

The excellent reliability of neonate coverage, made possible with Prosper Paediatrics' support, is welcomed by referring obstetricians, hospitals, and midwives.

This arrangement makes neonates practice a viable option for those with family or other professional responsibilities when conducted with the services and support of Prosper Paediatrics.

Prosper Paediatrics provides administrative and billing support to our associated paediatricians’ care of approximately 1,400 neonates per year. We are truly experts in this niche area of private practice.

If you are keen to keep babies and newborns in your practice, then please arrange to speak with the practice manager and with the associated paediatricians and neonatologists currently working in neonates. Neonates are definitely doable even for part-timers and those with young-family responsibilities.

Prosper Paediatrics loves neonates. Supporting families' healthcare journeys from the first obstetrician referral through any need that may arise and perhaps until entry into adulthood is a privilege and a joy we never take for granted.

Medical Student Placements.

Experience and learn with a mix and variety of clinical experiences, practice styles and environments in public and private settings.

The associated paediatric specialists can share their clinical skills and experience as well as the challenges and ups and downs of paediatric practice. A mix of clinical opportunities, contexts and practice styles will be available. A placement can enable you to get a feel for the practicalities of private practice and more confidently structure a satisfying and rewarding professional life when moving towards your fellowships.

Unfortunately, our clinicians are unable to take school-aged work experience students.
