Announcing... Paediatrics at North Adelaide
We’ve been busy over the holiday period and are excited to announce that the Paediatrics at Burnside team is expanding to another location: 20 Mann Tce, North Adelaide.
Our new rooms at 20 Mann Terrace, North Adelaide will be opening to patients and families this week. We look forward to offering the same excellent service, with a continued focus on supporting the doctor-patient relationship to provide high quality, ethical care for babies, children and adolescents from Adelaide, South Australia and beyond.
Dr Thu Kent and Dr Marianne Yanni, paediatricians already consulting at Paediatrics at Burnside, will kick off our Paediatrics at North Adelaide clinics, splitting their time between the two locations.
Dr Thu Kent already spends a lot of her time caring for newborns at Calvary Hospital in North Adelaide and is excited to offer new clinics in North Adelaide. This will mean a closer option for many of our Calvary families for their ongoing paediatric care. It also means that Dr Kent will be even closer to Calvary, enabling her to readily attend emergencies and caesarian section births at Calvary. She will also continue to consult at our Paediatrics at Burnside rooms and care for newborns at Burnside Hospital, including attending emergencies and caesarian sections.
Dr Marianne Yanni joined the Paediatrics at Burnside team in 2019 and will expand her clinics to work full-time across both our Burnside Hospital and North Adelaide locations. She also cares for newborns at Burnside Hospital.
We are also excited to announce that Dr Yu-Ling Chen, consultant paediatrician, will be joining us in February 2020, primarily consulting at Paediatrics at North Adelaide.
