Your consent to direct the referral to another paediatrician not named in the referral.

If your child’s referral is addressed to a paediatrician, you can request and consent that this referral be also considered by another paediatrician associated with Prosper Paediatrics.

We will then advise this paediatrician of your request and enter the referral into their incoming correspondence list. However, they may accept or decline it at their personal professional discretion.

Prosper Paediatrics strongly recommends that referrals be addressed personally to paediatricians by name. Your referrer can write more than one referral.
