Prosper Paediatrics is a busy practice, and we know you are busy too. We encourage email for any requests or for the provision of documents such as referrals or reports. We don’t routinely put callers on hold. When you leave a voicemail, it is immediately sent to our email inbox, where we can quickly view a transcription or listen to the recording of your message. Advise the details of your request, enabling us to promptly respond via phone or email. We will get back to you as soon as we can; normally within a couple of hours.
